2. What happens after I complete the series?
The session series are the beginning and can be considered Body Awareness 101. Once you learn the basics, you can decide where you want to go. For some people, a little lightening is enough, others continue the process, revealing more and more of their inner selves.

Additional session series of SOMA can be undertaken after a allowing for sufficient integration of the previous series. This growing or ripening time is usually about one year. Somassage or Advanced SOMA work may be started shortly after the series, to fine tune as you integrate.

3. What is Advanced Work?
Advanced sessions are based on the needs and desires of each person. These highly individualized sessions are created by the practitioner specifically for clients who have completed the series and want to delve deeper into particular patterns or issues. 5. How long is a session?
The length of session varies among practitioners, however, SOMA sessions are generally 90 minutes to 2 hours.
